We came to this park after dropping off the hockey boys. We spent two weeks in Vancouver for the Winter Olympics and then Mom and I went back while the team headed back home. We spent the day at Mt Rainier. It is SO beautiful on top of the mountain! We met some boy scouts who were winter camping and they showed me their snow camp site. And then I used my "bobsled" to slide down the side of the mountain. Freddo (elephant) was a good co-pilot. I really hope that we get to come back here with Daddy some day. I tried free style luge too by just sliding down the side of a snow hill. HA. That was AWESOME. I've never been to a national park in the winter before this trip. I can't believe it's so cold up here on top and how warm it was in Seattle. And then back to Vancouver for the last two weeks of February up until the Gold Medal game...I'm excited to start Kindergarten next year but glad that we get to go on cool trips this year.
